Abbreviations

The following abbreviations are used in the software:

Production data acquisition is used for the information that usually cannot be acquired by a machine.

Data Warehouse - This separate database stores the data collected by the MES system in a compact form. The database can be available on site, globally on the intranet or in the cloud.

End of Line - The end of a production line. This is an exit point of the workplace at which a finished product or scrap is carried out.
